DEWILDE accounts for all fold cylinders and groups of folding. We carry out a repair and re fitting with either solid polyurethane from 70° shore A up to 90 ° shore A or closed cell polyurethane foam in high density. 

Depending on your needs or your work habits, we have all different kind of raw materials for your applications.

Desiring to be a good and competitive partner in maintenance of folding machine, DEWILDE is able for the most standards fold cylinders, to propose a solution for relining in less than a week limiting the duration of the shutdown.

We also carry out all supplies for wrapping machine such as: sleeves in PU foam, Silicone and P.U. washers, welding bars, suction cups with technical features at least equal to the original parts.

We are able to repair parts for enveloping machines, publishing machines, broaching machines and on the whole on all machines post printing.
