Office Automation

DEWILDE carries out cylinders and rollers for Industry of office automation. All parts do meet customer specifications. We also do manufacture metallic inserts (stainless steel, aluminium, brass, hardened steel,...) 

The different types of coating are : Cold fitting ( the elastomeric is glued on the support) Hot fitting (the elastomeric is molded onto the support. Both of the techniques are complementary allowing us to offer the best service that our customers need.

Our parts are machined in order to guarantee the geometric and dimensional tolerances. We can grind with an accuracy up to 0.015 mm at 20°C.

DEWILDE is equipped with cylindrical grinding machines and centerless grinding machine in order to grind all kind of parts including bearings.
