Moulding of Elastomer

DEWILDE has one of molding Department for its own needs, and also in order to realize parts from plans.

This sector of activities regroup the gravity molding of polyurethanes and also the rubber molding.

We are equipped for molding rubbers with all types of presses (compression, transfer, injection and also with a press boy for injection of liquid silicone LSR for the production of parts in large series but with low volume. Our facilities also allow us the encapsulation of inserts. Their preparation and the bonding are performed with the utmost care giving us a very high quality of mechanical parts combining the rigidity of the insert and the flexibility of the elastomeric.

DEWILDE fully develops its tools and all of them are achieved nearby performance partners. These allow us to guarantee the respect of the dimensions of parts produced in our workshop.

Whether the production of parts by molding or over molding, DEWILDE controls modes of implementation of the rubber in order to realize the parts requested.
