Who we are
Since its beginnings, DEWILDE is a Company specialized in the implementation of solid and sponge elastomeric rubbers, i.e molding, machining, grinding and also the manufacturing of combs, apron lattices and staves for textile Industries.
The company was founded in 1991 by the combination of different Companies involved in the textile Industries. Europtex was producing coated cylinders and rollers when DEWILDE was specialized for making lattices and combs.
The combination has then enabled the two Companies to offer all parts and accessories for the textile Industries that are traditionally strongly established in Northern France and Belgium.
Since then DEWILDE decided to diversify its activities into other Business areas especially towards the coating of cylinders and rollers with all kinds of elastomeric rubbers for other types of industries and particularly for office automation. Thus, DEWILDE becoming one of the leader for large Companies processing paper like: Canon, Evolis, IER, MGI Master card, Neopost, Olivetti, Sagem …
In 2000, DEWILDE bought the division office automation of Dunlop-Hutchinson-JPR. This acquisition enabled the Company to continue to expand its manufacturing techniques, its range of products and increased its production tools.
Since 2006, the range of product expanded again with the arrival of cellular rubber and foams processing when the company invested in a mega loop splitting machine.
In order to meet its growing needs in space, DEWILDE also acquired a new building of 3.500 M².
DEWILDE employs today more than 15 people with a turnover in excess of 2 millions euro for the three activities.
